In a time of uncertainty and temporary transitions due to COVID-19, our company is dedicated to the health and well-being of our employees and clients. We are taking necessary steps to do our part in slowing the spread and protecting the vulnerable individuals in our community.

During this time of transition we continue to be committed to our clients’ digital marketing campaigns, websites, and new web development projects.

When the first positive COVID-19 test in Maine was announced last Thursday, we took swift action and dismissed all our employees to begin working remotely. In order to continue business as usual, we took time on Friday to test microphones and webcams, provide conference call training to our staff, and to ensure each employee’s internet connection was strong.

Until further notice, our office at 250 Commercial Street in Portland is closed. For the interim, we plan to conduct all meetings via Google Hangouts Meet.  While we do not anticipate our health and safety protocol will hinder our workflows or processes, we are alerting all of our valued clients of this change.

We hope that you and the members of your team stay healthy and safe as we all navigate this challenging time in our history together. Please know that we are only one phone call, email, or text away. If you have any questions, concerns, or need anything from us at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

For regular communications, please continue using email and Teamwork. You can make a phone call to our regular line and leave a voicemail. Voicemails are automatically sent via email to the recipient and will be returned per usual.

If you are not a current client, feel free to use our regular telephone number or fill our contact form.

For urgent matters during normal business hours, please call me or Mike Mayo directly.
